Location was great, the front desk fixed us up with tours, housekeeping did laundry for us. The only gripe was the Wi-fi wasnt able to stream but we really werent there for tv.

We booked a room purely so we could dump our bags and wander around Stone town for an afternoon as there are no left luggage facilities at the airport. It turned out to be a good idea as the streets are very narrow so large backpacks would be cumbersome. With about 15 minutes notice the front desk quickly organised a private tour for us to Prison island for less than we could organise ourselves. Everything went smoothly and we checked out later the same evening to catch our flight to Dar. There's a grey parrot in the property as well. It's amazing! The view from the top floor is worth staying here for.

Location is very central but it is incorrectly indicated on booking.com Internet was available throughout the property Breakfast was basic (plain omlette, bread, a piece of fruit, tea/coffee) but it was tasty. Some of the artwork in the public areas was very nice. The view from the rooftop terrace is quite pleasant. It's the perfect place for breakfast.

The location is great for exploring Stone Town. There's lovely views from the rooftop where breakfast is served. The reception staff were very helpful to explain how we could get local to our next destination.
